To confirm your booking we require either a deposit
(€ 60,00 if the booking is for 1 person, € 85,00 if it is for 2 or 3 people)
or credit card details (Visa or Mastercard).
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or postal cheque. Please let us know if you prefer this option and we will send you the necessary information.

Payment: cash, bank transfer or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only).Credit card payments cost 2% extra to partially subsidize the cost of the transaction

EASTER & NEW YEAR PERIOD
In order to confirm bookings made for Easter (Maundy Thursday to Easter Monday) and the end of year (December 29th - January 2nd) either the full amount owing must be paid in advance or credit card details must be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received at least three full days before the date of arrival otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
For example: if the arrival date is Friday June 5th the cancellation must reach Gianna's by mid-night of Monday June 1st .

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE EASTER & NEW YEAR PERIOD
If bookings for Easter and the New Year period are cancelled less than a week before arrival, the payment made will not be reimbursed.
