THE ROOM
Gianna's B & B has only ONE ROOM. The room is on two levels and can accommodate a maximum of
THREE adults:
there is a single bed on the upper level and two single beds or a double bed on the lower level. An extra fold-up bed,
suitable for children, is available upon request.
The bathroom (shower, hand-basin, bidet and lavatory) is on the upper level:
a shower-cap and hair-dryer are provided.
Two large windows ensure there is plenty of light, hydronic heaters keep the room warm during the winter and an
air-conditioning unit keeps it cool in summer.
Two armchairs, a large book case with books in Italian and English and a table with three chairs
(where breakfast is served) are on the lower level as is the little kitchenette which contains a
small fridge, a toaster, a sink and an electric kettle. Plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, a tea-pot and
a coffee brewer are provided should you wish to prepare yourselves a snack.
Coffee, yoghourt, fruit, biscuits, breakfast cereals, orange juice, water, crackers, and a selection of
teas are also provided at no additional charge.
A generous freshly-prepared Continental breakfast is served in your room at the time of your choice.
